How to uninstall Ginger from your computer

If you are manually uninstalling Ginger we recommend you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders that were left behind:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Ginger

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Ginger:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger\AcaTts.dll
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger\AcaTTS.ini
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger\app.token
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger\define.html

A way to erase Ginger using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ginger is an application by Ginger Software. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because removing this manually requires some experience related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY procedure to uninstall Ginger is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Ginger or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Ginger". The Ginger application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Ginger in the list of applications, the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Ginger, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Ginger:

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Ginger.


8. After removing Ginger, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Ginger that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Ginger using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
