After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Some of these are shown below.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Ginger:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Ginger
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\945SSWE3\localhost\Program Files (x86)\Ginger

The files below are left behind on your disk by Ginger when you uninstall it:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger\AcaTTS.ini
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Ginger\adapter@gingersoftware.com\adapter@gingersoftware.conf

Generally the following registry keys will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{0E3E58F0-D250-4B5C-9E1D-DD5CEFCD60A8}
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{A22E5EF4-B1DD-440A-A81F-ABEBA3213EDD}
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{C262CE30-E227-4799-8DAE-0539EE482CF9}
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{D604EAEF-CD0C-45B0-A0AC-6F8572B434D4}

Registry values that are not removed from your computer:

How to delete Ginger with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ginger is a program marketed by the software company Ginger Software. Some people want to remove it. This is hard because doing this by hand requires some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE manner to remove Ginger is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Ginger or simply click the Search feature and type in "Ginger". The Ginger program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Ginger in the list , the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Ginger, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Ginger:

• The publisher is: www.gingersoftware.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{1EBF9A59-F4E3-4EA7-BA97-76703C1432F6}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Ginger.


8. After uninstalling Ginger, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Ginger that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Ginger using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
