How to uninstall GeoGebra Classic from your computer

GeoGebra Classic is a Windows application. Read more about how to uninstall it from your PC. It is produced by International GeoGebra Institute. Check out here where you can read more on International GeoGebra Institute. The application is frequently found in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\GeoGebra_6 folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for removing GeoGebra Classic is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\GeoGebra_6\Update.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might receive a notification for admin rights. The program's main executable file is called Update.exe and it has a size of 1.46 MB (1527632 bytes).

Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Some of these are shown below.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

How to delete GeoGebra Classic using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GeoGebra Classic is an application marketed by the software company International GeoGebra Institute. Frequently, computer users want to erase this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find GeoGebra Classic or simply click the Search field and type in "GeoGebra Classic". If it exists on your system the GeoGebra Classic program will be found very quickly. After you click GeoGebra Classic in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding GeoGebra Classic, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GeoGebra Classic.


8. After removing GeoGebra Classic, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong GeoGebra Classic which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling GeoGebra Classic using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
