A way to uninstall FileZilla Server from your computer

FileZilla Server is a Windows application. You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FileZilla Server
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\FileZilla Server
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\FileZilla Server

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

A way to remove FileZilla Server with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FileZilla Server is a program offered by the software company FileZilla Project. Some computer users decide to uninstall this application. This can be hard because removing this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK way to uninstall FileZilla Server is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate FileZilla Server or simply activate the Search field and type in "FileZilla Server". If it is installed on your PC the FileZilla Server application will be found very quickly. After you click FileZilla Server in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding FileZilla Server, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove FileZilla Server.

8. After removing FileZilla Server, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of FileZilla Server which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing FileZilla Server using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
