A guide to uninstall FileAudit from your PC

FileAudit is a computer program. Keep in mind that you might receive a notification for admin rights. FileAuditMetro.exe is the FileAudit's primary executable file and it takes about 1.73 MB (1813280 bytes) on disk.

How to erase FileAudit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FileAudit is an application by the software company IS Decisions. Frequently, computer users decide to uninstall this application. This can be hard because doing this by hand requires some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY manner to uninstall FileAudit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find FileAudit or simply activate the Search field and type in "FileAudit". If it is installed on your PC the FileAudit program will be found automatically. After you select FileAudit in the list of applications, some information about the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about FileAudit, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove FileAudit.

8. After removing FileAudit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of FileAudit which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing FileAudit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
