A guide to uninstall CAM from your system

This web page contains detailed information on how to remove CAM for Windows. It was created for Windows by NZXT. More information about NZXT can be seen here. The application is often found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NZXT\CAM folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for removing CAM is MsiExec.exe /I{4FFDAF72-B7CD-441A-8B51-A30BF074F2C7}. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. The application's main executable file is named CAM_Client_V3.exe and occupies 7.44 MB (7804528 bytes).

After the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the computer. Some of these are listed below.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

How to delete CAM from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find CAM or simply activate the Search field and type in "CAM". If it is installed on your PC the CAM program will be found automatically. After you click CAM in the list , some data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about CAM, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CAM.


8. After removing CAM, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of CAM that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling CAM with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
