How to uninstall Brave from your computer

This page contains detailed information on how to remove Brave for Windows. The Windows release was developed by Autores do Brave. Check out here where you can read more on Autores do Brave. The application is usually located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application directory (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for uninstalling Brave is C:\Program Files (x86)\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\116.1.57.57\Installer\setup.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for admin rights. Brave's main file takes around 3.13 MB (3286040 bytes) and is called brave.exe.

A way to remove Brave from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is a program marketed by the software company Autores do Brave. Frequently, computer users decide to uninstall it. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Brave or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Brave". If it is installed on your PC the Brave program will be found very quickly. When you click Brave in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Brave, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Brave.


8. After removing Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Brave that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
