Brave is a Windows program. Note that you might get a notification for administrator rights. squirrel.exe is the Brave's main executable file and it takes approximately 1.44 MB (1513472 bytes) on disk.

How to delete Brave from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is a program offered by the software company Brave Developers . Some people choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because doing this by hand requires some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows system.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Brave or simply click the Search feature and type in "Brave". If it is installed on your PC the Brave application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Brave in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Brave, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Brave.

8. After removing Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Brave that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
