Some files and registry entries are frequently left behind when you uninstall BYOND.

Directories found on disk:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\BYOND
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\BYOND

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\BYOND\bin\byond.exe

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{040EC93B-0419-45CA-BD20-A86DA28DB235}

Registry values that are not removed from your computer:

How to erase BYOND from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find BYOND or simply activate the Search field and type in "BYOND". If it exists on your system the BYOND program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select BYOND in the list of programs, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about BYOND, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall BYOND.


8. After uninstalling BYOND, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong BYOND which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling BYOND with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
