BYOND is a Windows program. BYOND has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Dantom\BYOND
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\BYOND
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MozillaPlugins\BYOND

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\program files (x86)\byond\bin\byond.exe.FriendlyAppName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules\TCP Query UserName{C8B7CACE-E89E-48D2-A2DA-89FD93B406EC}C:\program files (x86)\byond\bin\byond.exe
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules\UDP Query UserName{B54FEE50-94DD-41AE-8090-BA572183450A}C:\program files (x86)\byond\bin\byond.exe

How to remove BYOND from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

BYOND is an application released by the software company BYOND. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this application. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your PC.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate BYOND or simply activate the Search field and type in "BYOND". If it is installed on your PC the BYOND app will be found automatically. After you select BYOND in the list of programs, the following information about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about BYOND, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove BYOND.


8. After removing BYOND, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong BYOND which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing BYOND using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
