If you are manually uninstalling Avast Premier we recommend you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders remaining:

• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast

Usually, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2057\aswClnTg.htm
• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2057\aswClnTg.txt
• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2057\aswInfTg.htm
• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2057\aswInfTg.txt

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.avastconfig
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.avastlic
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.avastsounds
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.avasttheme

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\avastconfigfile\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\avastlicfile\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\avastpam\DefaultIcon\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\avastpam\shell\open\command\

How to remove Avast Premier from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Avast Premier is an application released by the software company AVAST Software. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is difficult because performing this manually requires some experience related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE solution to uninstall Avast Premier is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Avast Premier or simply activate the Search field and type in "Avast Premier". If it is installed on your PC the Avast Premier application will be found automatically. When you click Avast Premier in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Avast Premier, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Avast Premier.


8. After removing Avast Premier, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Avast Premier that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Avast Premier using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
