How to uninstall Avast Premier from your system

Avast Premier has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders remaining:

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Avast Premier:

• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2070\aswClnTg.htm
• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2070\aswClnTg.txt
• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2070\aswInfTg.htm
• C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\2070\aswInfTg.txt

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Avast_2050_ZeNiX [2014-01-11]_is1

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Avast_2050_ZeNiX [2014-01-11]_is1\DisplayName
