How to delete AppCleaner with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AppCleaner is an application released by the software company UpdateStar GmbH. Sometimes, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE manner to remove AppCleaner is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your system.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find AppCleaner or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AppCleaner". If it is installed on your PC the AppCleaner application will be found automatically. When you click AppCleaner in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about AppCleaner, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall AppCleaner.

8. After uninstalling AppCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong AppCleaner that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
