Quite a few files, folders and registry data will not be uninstalled when you want to remove AppCleaner from your computer.

How to erase AppCleaner with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AppCleaner is an application by UpdateStar GmbH. Sometimes, users decide to remove it. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate AppCleaner or simply click the Search field and type in "AppCleaner". The AppCleaner app will be found very quickly. When you click AppCleaner in the list of programs, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about AppCleaner, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove AppCleaner.


8. After removing AppCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AppCleaner which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing AppCleaner using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
