A guide to uninstall Amazon Chime from your PC

Amazon Chime is a Windows program. Read below about how to remove it from your computer. It is made by Amazon.com, Inc.. More information about Amazon.com, Inc. can be found here. You can get more details related to Amazon Chime at https://chime.aws/. The program is often installed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Chime directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall Amazon Chime by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Chime\unins000.exe. Keep in mind that you might receive a notification for administrator rights. The application's main executable file is called Chime.exe and it has a size of 7.39 MB (7750832 bytes).

How to remove Amazon Chime with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Amazon Chime is a program released by Amazon.com, Inc.. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall this program. This is difficult because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall Amazon Chime is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to optimize your PC.

• visit Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Amazon Chime or simply click the Search field and type in "Amazon Chime". If it is installed on your PC the Amazon Chime program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Amazon Chime in the list of programs, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Amazon Chime, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Amazon Chime:

• The software company is: https://chime.aws/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Chime\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Amazon Chime.


8. After removing Amazon Chime, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Amazon Chime that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Amazon Chime using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
