A way to delete Active Sky XP from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Active Sky XP is a program by HiFi Technologies, Inc.. Frequently, people want to erase it. This can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK practice to erase Active Sky XP is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Active Sky XP or simply click the Search feature and type in "Active Sky XP". If it is installed on your PC the Active Sky XP app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Active Sky XP in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Active Sky XP, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Active Sky XP:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\HiFi\ASXP\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Active Sky XP.


8. After uninstalling Active Sky XP, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Active Sky XP that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Active Sky XP using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
