How to erase Active Sky XP with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Active Sky XP is a program marketed by HiFi Technologies, Inc.. Some people try to erase this program. This is difficult because doing this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE approach to erase Active Sky XP is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Active Sky XP or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Active Sky XP". If it exists on your system the Active Sky XP program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Active Sky XP in the list of applications, the following data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Active Sky XP, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Active Sky XP:

• The publisher is: http://www.hifitechinc.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\HiFi\ASXP\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Active Sky XP.


8. After removing Active Sky XP, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Active Sky XP that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Active Sky XP with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
