How to remove AMD Software from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AMD Software is an application by the software company Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.. Frequently, people decide to erase this application. This can be difficult because performing this by hand requires some know-how related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase AMD Software is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows system.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate AMD Software or simply activate the Search field and type in "AMD Software". The AMD Software app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click AMD Software in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about AMD Software, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for AMD Software:

• The publisher is: http://support.amd.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\AMD\CIM\BIN64\RadeonInstaller.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall AMD Software.


8. After removing AMD Software, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of AMD Software which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AMD Software with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
