A way to remove wireshark from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

wireshark is a program offered by Ixia. Frequently, computer users decide to erase this application. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate wireshark or simply click the Search field and type in "wireshark". If it exists on your system the wireshark app will be found automatically. When you click wireshark in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding wireshark, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove wireshark.

8. After removing wireshark, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup.
