How to uninstall iTunes from your system

How to delete iTunes from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

iTunes is a program marketed by the software company Apple Computer, Inc.. Sometimes, people want to remove it. This can be troublesome because doing this by hand requires some skill regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK way to remove iTunes is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate iTunes or simply activate the Search field and type in "iTunes". If it exists on your system the iTunes program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select iTunes in the list of applications, some data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about iTunes, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove iTunes.

8. After removing iTunes, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong iTunes that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
