3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate iDEX essentials or simply click the Search feature and type in "iDEX essentials". If it exists on your system the iDEX essentials application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select iDEX essentials in the list , some data regarding the application is made available to you:
