3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find eChart or simply activate the Search feature and type in "eChart". The eChart program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click eChart in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

All the items of eChart that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
