How to uninstall calibre from your system

calibre is a computer program. How to uninstall calibre with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

calibre is a program released by the software company Kovid Goyal. Frequently, people decide to erase this program. Sometimes this is hard because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK approach to erase calibre is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate calibre or simply activate the Search field and type in "calibre". If it is installed on your PC the calibre app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click calibre in the list of apps, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about calibre, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for calibre:

• The publisher is: http://calibre-ebook.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{52F17A7B-2E8B-4CD6-BFBA-1FCA836B98B4}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove calibre.


8. After removing calibre, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of calibre that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling calibre with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
