How to uninstall Zscaler from your computer

A way to remove Zscaler from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Zscaler is an application marketed by Zscaler Inc.. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove this program. This can be easier said than done because doing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE approach to remove Zscaler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your computer.

  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. All the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Zscaler or simply click the Search feature and type in "Zscaler". If it exists on your system the Zscaler application will be found very quickly. When you select Zscaler in the list of applications, some information about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Zscaler, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Zscaler.

8. After removing Zscaler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Zscaler which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Zscaler using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
