A considerable amount of files, folders and Windows registry entries can not be removed when you remove ZeroTier One from your PC.

A way to uninstall ZeroTier One with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ZeroTier One is an application marketed by the software company ZeroTier, Inc.. Some computer users decide to uninstall this application. 8. After uninstalling ZeroTier One, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of ZeroTier One which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing ZeroTier One using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
