3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Zen or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Zen". If it is installed on your PC the Zen app will be found automatically. When you click Zen in the list , the following information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Zen, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Zen.


8. After removing Zen, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Zen that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
