1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ZO or simply activate the Search field and type in "ZO". If it exists on your system the ZO application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select ZO in the list of programs, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about ZO, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall ZO.

All the items that belong ZO that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
