If you are manually uninstalling Yandex we advise you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders remaining:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Yandex
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Yandex
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Yandex

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall Yandex:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Temp\yandex_browser_installer.log
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Yandex\Yandex.Disk\~Overlay_0.txt
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Yandex\Yandex.Disk\~Overlay_1.txt
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Yandex\Yandex.Disk\~Overlay_2.txt

Registry keys:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Yandex.ScreenshotEditor
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\YandexBrowser

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\Application\browser.exe
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\yabrowser\DefaultIcon\

How to remove Yandex with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Yandex is an application released by the software company YANDEX. Some users decide to uninstall this program.
