How to erase X-CTU using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

X-CTU is a program marketed by the software company MaxStream. Some users want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is difficult because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall X-CTU is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows system.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate X-CTU or simply click the Search field and type in "X-CTU". If it is installed on your PC the X-CTU program will be found very quickly. After you select X-CTU in the list of apps, the following information about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about X-CTU, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall X-CTU.


8. After uninstalling X-CTU, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of X-CTU which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling X-CTU with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
