How to uninstall WinDVD from your computer

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate WinDVD or simply click the Search feature and type in "WinDVD". If it is installed on your PC the WinDVD program will be found very quickly. After you click WinDVD in the list of apps, the following data about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about WinDVD, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove WinDVD.

8. After uninstalling WinDVD, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong WinDVD which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing WinDVD using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
