How to uninstall WinCollect using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinCollect is an application offered by IBM. Some users try to remove it. Sometimes this is difficult because doing this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE manner to remove WinCollect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows computer.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate WinCollect or simply activate the Search feature and type in "WinCollect". If it exists on your system the WinCollect app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select WinCollect in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding WinCollect, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

All the items of WinCollect that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
