2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Web Help Desk or simply click the Search feature and type in "Web Help Desk". If it exists on your system the Web Help Desk app will be found automatically. After you select Web Help Desk in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Web Help Desk, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Web Help Desk:

• The web site of the application is: http://solarwinds.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\WebHelpDesk\UNINSTALL.bat

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Web Help Desk.


8. After removing Web Help Desk, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Web Help Desk that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Web Help Desk using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
