A way to uninstall WAS from your system

WAS is a Windows application. Read below about how to uninstall it from your computer. It is made by MTN Uganda. More information on MTN Uganda can be seen here. WAS is commonly installed in the C:\Program Files\WAS directory, however this location may differ a lot depending on the user's decision while installing the application. WAS's complete uninstall command line is "C:\ProgramData\{F0E5F7E5-0B4D-4678-A579-5023D92B7234}\WAS Setup.exe" REMOVE=TRUE MODIFY=FALSE. was_client.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 27.44 MB (28772352 bytes) on disk.

The executables below are part of WAS. They take about 41.47 MB (43485626 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete WAS with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WAS is an application offered by the software company MTN Uganda. Some computer users try to erase this application. This can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK manner to erase WAS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate WAS or simply click the Search feature and type in "WAS". The WAS application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select WAS in the list of apps, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about WAS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove WAS.


8. After uninstalling WAS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of WAS which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing WAS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
