6. Scroll the list of applications until you find W10Privacy or simply click the Search field and type in "W10Privacy". If it is installed on your PC the W10Privacy application will be found very quickly.   • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding W10Privacy, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
