A way to uninstall Voot Lite from your PC

Voot Lite is a Windows program. Note that you might get a notification for admin rights. msedge_proxy.exe is the Voot Lite's main executable file and it occupies approximately 731.38 KB (748936 bytes) on disk.

The information on this page is only about version 1.0 of Voot Lite. If you are manually uninstalling Voot Lite we advise you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Voot Lite.lnk

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\0940d4da4598afce510c5cbac9c9c7fe

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MicrosoftEdgeElevationService\ImagePath

How to uninstall Voot Lite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Voot Lite is an application marketed by Voot Lite. Sometimes, computer users want to erase this application. This is troublesome because performing this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Voot Lite or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Voot Lite". If it is installed on your PC the Voot Lite app will be found automatically. After you click Voot Lite in the list of applications, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Voot Lite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Voot Lite.


8. After removing Voot Lite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Voot Lite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Voot Lite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
