A way to uninstall VirusTotal from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VirusTotal is an application marketed by the software company AVAST Software\Browser. Some users want to uninstall this program. 3. Click on the General Tools category

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate VirusTotal or simply activate the Search field and type in "VirusTotal". If it exists on your system the VirusTotal app will be found very quickly. After you select VirusTotal in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about VirusTotal, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall VirusTotal.

8. After removing VirusTotal, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong VirusTotal which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
