A way to uninstall Velocity from your PC

How to remove Velocity with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Velocity is an application offered by the software company Silverlake Software LLC. Frequently, users decide to erase it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Velocity or simply click the Search feature and type in "Velocity". If it exists on your system the Velocity program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Velocity in the list of applications, some data about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Velocity, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Velocity.

8. After uninstalling Velocity, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Velocity that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Velocity using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
