How to uninstall VantagePoint from your computer

VantagePoint is a software application. How to remove VantagePoint from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VantagePoint is an application marketed by the software company Magellan Navigation, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users try to erase this program. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY way to erase VantagePoint is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate VantagePoint or simply activate the Search feature and type in "VantagePoint". If it is installed on your PC the VantagePoint program will be found automatically. After you select VantagePoint in the list , the following data about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about VantagePoint, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall VantagePoint.

8. After removing VantagePoint, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong VantagePoint that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling VantagePoint with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
