How to erase VMware Tools from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find VMware Tools or simply activate the Search field and type in "VMware Tools". The VMware Tools application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select VMware Tools in the list of programs, the following data about the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about VMware Tools, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove VMware Tools.
