Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for admin rights. bcua-notifier.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 3.61 MB (3788224 bytes) on disk.

A way to uninstall Unified Agent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Unified Agent is a program released by the software company Blue Coat Systems. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. Sometimes this is efortful because performing this by hand requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE manner to remove Unified Agent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Unified Agent or simply click the Search field and type in "Unified Agent". The Unified Agent app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Unified Agent in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Unified Agent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Unified Agent.

8. After removing Unified Agent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Unified Agent that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Unified Agent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
