A way to delete UltraAssist with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

UltraAssist is a program marketed by Landis+Gyr GmbH. Sometimes, people decide to erase it. Sometimes this can be hard because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE manner to erase UltraAssist is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find UltraAssist or simply activate the Search feature and type in "UltraAssist". The UltraAssist application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click UltraAssist in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding UltraAssist, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for UltraAssist:

• The publisher is: http://www.landisgyr.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraAssist222\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove UltraAssist.


8. After uninstalling UltraAssist, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of UltraAssist that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing UltraAssist with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
