A way to uninstall TLC from your system

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. tlc.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 93.62 KB (95864 bytes) on disk.

How to remove TLC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

TLC is a program released by the software company General Motors. Sometimes, computer users decide to erase it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this manually takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase TLC is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find TLC or simply click the Search feature and type in "TLC". The TLC application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click TLC in the list of programs, the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about TLC, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for TLC:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.GeneralMotors.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{B68EEC65-E6A6-4E51-A007-80279581D36D}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall TLC.


8. After removing TLC, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong TLC that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing TLC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
