Numerous files, folders and Windows registry entries will not be removed when you remove SysAid server from your PC.

The files below are left behind on your disk by SysAid server when you uninstall it:

  • C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\logs\serviceLog.log
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore\KHV3IPAQ\info.sysaid[1].xml
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore\N976BHAH\www.sysaid[1].xml

Many times the following registry data will not be cleaned:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{5520501C-6C83-46E1-AF4D-B5CC8C75A7B7}
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SysAid

Open regedit.exe to delete the registry values below from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SysAidServer\ImagePath


How to erase SysAid server from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SysAid server is a program released by the software company SysAid. Some users decide to uninstall this program. 3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SysAid server or simply click the Search field and type in "SysAid server". If it exists on your system the SysAid server application will be found automatically. When you select SysAid server in the list , some information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding SysAid server, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

All the items of SysAid server which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
