Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Some of these are listed below.

Folders left behind when you uninstall Stellaris:

Generally, the following files remain on disk:

Generally the following registry keys will not be uninstalled:

Additional values that you should delete:

A way to erase Stellaris using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Stellaris is an application released by the software company GOG.com. Sometimes, people want to remove this application. This can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience related to Windows internal functioning. • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Stellaris or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Stellaris". If it is installed on your PC the Stellaris application will be found automatically. After you click Stellaris in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Stellaris, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Stellaris:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.gog.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Stellaris\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Stellaris.


8. After uninstalling Stellaris, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Stellaris that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
