3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find StarFriend or simply click the Search feature and type in "StarFriend". If it exists on your system the StarFriend application will be found very quickly. After you select StarFriend in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is made available to you:
