After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Part_A few of these are shown below.

Many times the following registry keys will not be removed:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SpringFiles
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\SpringFiles

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SpringFiles\DisplayName
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SpringFiles\InstallLocation
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SpringFiles\UninstallString
