A way to uninstall Spotify from your system

Spotify is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your PC. It was coded for Windows by Maxthon. Open here for more info on Maxthon. Usually the Spotify program is found in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Maxthon directory, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for uninstalling Spotify is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Maxthon\Maxthon.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for admin rights. The application's main executable file has a size of 1.03 MB (1085024 bytes) on disk and is labeled chrome_proxy.exe.

A way to uninstall Spotify from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Spotify is an application offered by the software company Maxthon. Sometimes, users try to remove it. Sometimes this can be efortful because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding PCs. • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Spotify or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Spotify". The Spotify app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Spotify in the list of apps, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Spotify, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Spotify.


8. After removing Spotify, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Spotify which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Spotify with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
