A way to uninstall SoundMAX from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SoundMAX is an application offered by Analog Devices. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. This can be difficult because removing this manually takes some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY way to remove SoundMAX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate SoundMAX or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SoundMAX". The SoundMAX program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click SoundMAX in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SoundMAX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SoundMAX:

• The publisher is: http://www.Analog.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{F0A37341-D692-11D4-A984-009027EC0A9C}\setup.exe -runfromtemp -l0x0009 -removeonly

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SoundMAX.


8. After removing SoundMAX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SoundMAX that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SoundMAX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
