3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Servicetool or simply click the Search field and type in "Servicetool". The Servicetool app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Servicetool in the list , some information regarding the program is shown to you:
