How to remove ScanSnap Home with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ScanSnap Home is a program by PFU. Some people choose to remove this program. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this by hand takes some skill regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK practice to remove ScanSnap Home is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ScanSnap Home or simply activate the Search field and type in "ScanSnap Home". If it is installed on your PC the ScanSnap Home app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select ScanSnap Home in the list of applications, the following information about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about ScanSnap Home, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove ScanSnap Home.


8. After uninstalling ScanSnap Home, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong ScanSnap Home which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling ScanSnap Home with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
